 Job Summary:

Creative Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising, Packing, or media campaign and coordinates the work of other artistic or design staff, such as graphic designers. In addition, supervise, help, and train the Design team to achieve department goals.

Able to Visualize and articulate his/her creative thinking.

The main objective of this role is to execute major brand design projects across a specific product portfolio. This means planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles and production processes to ensure that the design/production guardrails are met.

Managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.

Should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. Also, have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

1.       Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the creative director.

2.       Responsible for the creative vision for Printing Materials and online campaigns.

3.       Produce sketches, storyboards rough to visualize ideas.

4.       Determine how best to represent a concept visually.

5.       Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.

6.       Identify and solve the design teams' significant problems and issues.

7.       Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.

8.       Present completed ideas to team members.

9.       Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

10.   Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.

11.   Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery within deadlines.

12.   Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.

13.   Generating fresh concepts.

14.   Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

15.   Liaising between the Traffic Manager and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

16.   Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

  Experience & Qualifications:

·         5+ years of deep brand design experience.

·         Graphic designer Degree or similar (Not a must)

·         Extraordinary design taste and skill

·         Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software

·         Ability to work in a dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty

·         Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels

·         Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises

·         Should be experienced in some of the following areas of design (Vector Illustrations - Photo manipulation - Poster & digital ads design - Printed & Editorial designs - branding, Logo & corporate id).

·         Capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software

·         An incurable curiosity relating to all design elements

·         Great passion for new and creative trends

·         Highly collaborative

·         Team oriented, brainstorming sessions or presenting in front of other team members

·         Ability to work smoothly with a fast-paced interdisciplinary team.

·         Demonstrate a clear “point of view” relating to their design

·         Open and optimistic with entrepreneurship
