Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager

Salary: £80 - £100k + OTE / Uncapped / Self Employed

Location: North East (on the road)

The role:

Reporting to the Sales Director your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generate new business working to KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with other regional sales managers as well as office-based managers and staff.
• Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
• Monitor and growth and performance of your sales team.
• Establish and drive business forward within the region.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

What youll bring:

• Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
• Experience in the Renewables or Green Energy and Home Improvement sectors advantageous.
• Self-Motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Willingness to go that extra mile to be successful.
• Possess strong leadership skills to gain results and be willing to travel.
