Terms & Conditions

I. Definition of Terms

1. By participating in the Crowdsource Program - Prohire Indonesia, you are stating that each named referral provided by you is eligible for this program and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the program;
2. As used in the Terms and Conditions:
   • “You” or “referrer” or “referring party” means the individual or entity making the referral (or any individual or entity acting on your behalf);
   • “referral”, “referred candidate” or “candidate” means the individual or entity being referred;
   • “we”, “us” means Prohire Indonesia;
   • “Prohire Indonesia representative” means a Prohire Indonesia Account Manager or Marketing Consultant;

II. Referral Flow

1. You may refer as many candidates as you wish, as long as the referrals meet Prohire’s eligibility requirements;
2. You must make the referral explicit via an email introduction where the Prohire representative and the referred candidate are copied;
3. A referred candidate must not have previously been entered into Prohire's Database and received a proposal and/or have been a client of Prohire Indonesia;
4. (Commercial) A referral will be credited to the referring party only if the referral has been successfully qualified. A qualified referral is defined as:
   • When the referral receives complete presentation services from a Prohire Indonesia's representative;
   • When the referral agrees to receive a Prohire Indonesia proposal document;
5. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once by different referring parties, the Profile owned only for 6 months duration
6. Referrals, where the referred candidate and the referrer are one and the same individual or entity (person or company), are not valid;
7. Once the referral is received, Prohire Indonesia's representative will contact the referred candidate within five (5) working days via phone or email as provided by you;

III. Commission Mechanics

1. 1. Prohire Indonesia will pay you a commission for each referred candidate hired by the clients
   2. Prohire Indonesia will pay you a commission (Commercial) for each client who hires candidates through Prohire Indonesia
   3. The commission will be paid max 14 days calendar after the client's payment;
   4. Commissions (commercial) will be computed as follows:

      a. 10% of the success fee amount - gross per position with the minimum parameter that will be given by the Head of Sales

   5. Commission of referral candidates will be computed as agreed with the Head of Recruitment
      
   6. Commissions will be paid in your local currency.
