Role Description:
The Ads Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital marketing and ad operations, capable of leading a team to deliver exceptional results for clients or internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or
related field.
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
agency or digital media (publisher), with at least 2 years specifically
in ad operations.
3. Profound proficiency in managing and optimizing various digital ad
campaigns, encompassing display, mobile, and video formats.
4. In-depth understanding and practical experience with programmatic
buying, including but not limited to Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs),
Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs),
AdExchanges, and audience targeting methodologies.
5. Demonstrated familiarity with third-party ad and website tracking
tools, ad serving platforms, and related technologies such as Google Ad
Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, or similar.
6. Proven capability to analyze campaign performance data effectively,
draw actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies to
enhance campaign performance.
7. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor
and guide a team of ad operations specialists.
8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
in a fast-paced environment.
9. Basic programming skills (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) would be
advantageous, facilitating troubleshooting and customization tasks.
10. Adherence to industry best practices, compliance regulations, and
emerging trends in digital advertising.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ads operations
team, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of digital ad campaigns.
2. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ad operations
specialists, fostering their professional growth and development.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales,
marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure alignment and
seamless execution of ad campaigns.
4. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating
procedures for ad operations, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Monitor campaign performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs), conducting regular analysis to identify trends, patterns, and
opportunities for optimization.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging insights from
campaign performance data to enhance targeting, messaging, and overall
campaign effectiveness.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and
creative implementation, collaborating with technical teams as needed to
resolve issues promptly.
8. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and
best practices in digital advertising, and provide recommendations for
adoption as appropriate.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices,
including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer
Privacy Act (CCPA), and Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) guidelines.
