Job Summary:

This role is to oversee and support data aspects of our SAP project across the SSEA & Indonesia region. The Analytics Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring data is effectively managed, transformed, and utilized for the success of SAP initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions that meet business requirements and drive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage analytics efforts to support SAP projects across SSEA and Indonesia, including data integration, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams, data engineering, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline development, ensuring data is reliable and accessible for SAP applications.
• Develop and enforce best practices and standards for data engineering and analytics in accordance with industry best practices.
• Participate in the development and support of enterprise-level reporting, dashboard, KPIs, multidimensional data analysis solution.
• Collaborate with global data teams to ensure regional and global alignment on data strategies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
• Proficiency in data engineering technologies, ETL tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions and big data technologies.
