About the Role

As the Growth Product Manager in an early stage fast-growing business, you will be responsible for driving user growth, leading every aspect of the product development process. You'll be the strategist, planner and executor from a growth product perspective to scale the business through its product. You'll work closely with the CEO, CTO, and teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to optimize growth strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven experimentation, customer insights, and building scalable growth systems.

What You Will Do

• Lead growth initiatives to optimize the user journey and increase adoption.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement.
• Analyze CRM and product usage data to drive key business decisions.
• Work cross-functionally to align growth objectives across product, marketing, and sales.
• Optimize user onboarding and retention to ensure long-term success.
• Develop and refine pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.

Requirements to Apply

• Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset you make decisions based on data and experiments.
