We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join a Sales and Success team in a high-growth SaaS Business.
Running a small business can be chaotic, and our company exists to simplify that journey. We empower home and field service businesses with cutting-edge technology that streamlines quoting, scheduling, management, invoicing, and payments. We're growing fast, but there's still so much more we want to accomplish for our customers.
As a Customer Success Associate, your focus will be on increasing product adoption and improving customer retention through strong customer relationships. No two days will be the same especially when it comes to interacting with customers. Our environment is fast paced, with multiple projects running simultaneously, so adaptability is key. This role involves extensive customer engagement through calls, online meetings, email, and chat. You'll also participate in product-related discussions to improve the user experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong technical aptitude for business applications, and can effectively consult with clients to help them maximize the benefits of our platform.
What Youll Do
- Build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from our platform
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring full adoption of our product
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for business owners, administrators, and technicians to facilitate a smooth transition from sales
- Become a product expert, guiding customers through setup and best practices
- Use CRM and internal tools to proactively monitor usage trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Engage with customers to understand changes in usage and implement strategies to enhance engagement
- Gather customer insights and share them with Sales, Tech, and Product teams to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new customer experiences, features, and learning solutions
What Were Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are passionate about customer success and enjoy creating value for customers
- Have 2 years+ of experience in customer success or a similar role
- Are creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Can adapt quickly, test new approaches, and iterate based on results
- Possess strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
- Are analytical, capable of evaluating data trends and using insights to drive action
- Understand our product and how it helps users solve business challenges
- Can strategically guide customers toward best practices
