What Youll Do

• Work closely with stakeholders, including enterprise clients, to gather, refine, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are translated into functional, high-quality software.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized for maximum business impact.
• Participate in Scrum events, helping drive Agile best practices within the team.
• Create wireframes, workflows, and mockups to support development and UX improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, gather user feedback, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.

What Were Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to document and communicate requirements clearly.
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally within software development teams.
• A strong understanding of workflow systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset someone who can work independently and handle complex stakeholder interactions.
• Exposure to web-based software development projects and UX/UI best practices.
• Bonus, but not required: Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, or SaaS product development.
