Purpose of the Job

Under the supervision of the Risk and Compliance Manager, the Risk Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the risk management process within the organisations operations. S/he will be responsible for maintaining the existing risk management framework, through the identification of risk, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and promoting a culture of risk awareness across the organisation.

• Risk Identification and Assessment
• Risk Mitigation and Control
• Risk Reporting
• Compliance and Regulation
• Risk Communication and Capacity Building
• Work closely with all Departments, Projects, and Operations
• Interacts, when required and under the guidance of the R&C Manager, with organizations Network, other organisations, and donors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of risk management or other related areas.
• The individual must have a sound knowledge of risk management frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience in working with field-based conservation and development initiatives is desirable.
