Aftersales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage aftersales services in Slovenia, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and corporate policies, while continuously improving technical support, service provider management, and spare parts logistics.
• Standardize aftersales processes, implement best practices, and develop service level standards focused on response time, issue resolution, and cost efficiency.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of aftersales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enhance service effectiveness and profitability by implementing new tools, technologies, and operational strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team while managing a complex P&L and creating long-term strategies to secure future business opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Proven senior-level experience with a strategic approach in aftersales and customer service environments in Slovenia.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, technical service organizations with strong business acumen, P&L management, and decision-making skills.
• Effective leader with excellent people management, organizational, and communication skills, capable of driving change in a matrix environment.
• Curious, energetic, and motivated, with the ability to unite teams towards common goals.
• Bachelors degree in a technical field or other relevant discipline.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken).
