Vending Distribution Center Manager - Belgrade
Job Description:
As the Vending Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the distribution center operations related to vending machines. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and effective management of inventory, distribution, and maintenance processes to meet customer demands and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels of vending products and supplies.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Distribution Operations:
- Supervise the distribution team to ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of vending machines.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor distribution activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintenance and Repair, together with HQ technical team in Belgrade:
- Alignment and coordination of maintenance and repair activities from technical/service team.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise distribution center staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, distribution activities, and machine performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution center operations and enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in distribution center management, preferably in the vending or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and distribution logistics.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
