Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar role, preferably in the home appliances or technical services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Technical understanding in similar product categories.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
  • Active knowledge of Slovenian and English.
