As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities. You will leverage your sales acumen and technical expertise to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements. In addition to focusing on the local Slovene market, this role will also encompass key responsibilities for export markets in the South Adriatic region.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge of company's product to effectively communicate the benefits and features of products and services to clients.
  • Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering,  Business Administration or related technical field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or building services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, Slovene & Croatian/Serbian languages.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
