Sales Admin Support – CRM Experience
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support professional to assist the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, sales documentation, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems and can effectively manage sales data, follow-ups, reports, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer, prospect, and lead information in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
- Input, organize, and maintain accurate sales data and customer records.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead statuses, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Assist sales representatives with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Track sales activities, pending tasks, customer inquiries, and follow-up requirements.
- Generate and maintain regular sales and CRM reports.
- Ensure sales records and customer information are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Assist with lead assignment, lead tracking, and sales correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements, orders, documentation, and other sales-related concerns.
- Monitor CRM tasks and reminders to ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports and tracking key sales metrics.
- Handle routine customer communications and respond to inquiries when required.
- Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.
