The Role
Were looking for an RMM & NOC Engineer (N-Central Automation Focus) who will take ownership of our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform N-Central. In this role, youll ensure the stability, performance, and security of all client environments under management while driving automation and efficiency across our systems.
Youll design and implement smart, proactive solutions that minimize incidents and improve service delivery. This is a hands-on, technical role that combines monitoring awareness, automation expertise, and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our N-Central RMM platform.
- Ensure proactive monitoring, alert management, and scheduled maintenance across client systems.
- Investigate recurring alerts, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
- Design and implement custom automations, scripts, and policies to streamline tasks.
- Create self-healing routines to prevent common incidents.
- Enhance automation coverage and efficiency across all managed systems.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk and Systems Engineers for swift issue resolution.
- Manage and optimize configurations, templates, and integrations with ConnectWise Manage and other tools.
- Develop repeatable processes and documentation for ongoing improvements.

What Were Looking For
- Strong expertise in N-Central RMM administration and automation.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage, N-Able, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Proven ability to diagnose system alerts, identify patterns, and implement preventative measures.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, analytical mindset.
