Role: Admin & Marketing Assistant

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Philippine Time (Enjoy work-life balance with a fixed Monday to Friday schedule. Alternative arrangements may be available after a qualifying period.)

Summary

This role will report to the Business Development Manager of a growing Real Estate
Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10 graphic design assets a month across social media, & print
• Monthly Internal Staff only Newsletter creation
• Monthly company social media highlight post with premiere properties that we've brought to market
• Monthly external Newsletter (which we can post to our website & offices can reshare)
• When asked, generation of statistical reports for us to use eg suburb reports when we have meetings with offices, social media reports on different offices activities.
• Generate statistical projection charts which we can bring to meetings with offices such as charts showing past revenue, and future revenue
• Graphic design of sign boards for signage company arm of the business
• EDM's for our network to send out to customers quarterly
• Creating Facebook ads for split testing to figure out most viewed hooks (hooks on advertising page)
• Creating EDM designs
• Producing top agents and agencies email lists by enquiring on rea listings and then gathering email addresses for EDMs
• Continually growing our EDM database list
• Assisting with graphic creation on video advertisements using Premiere Pro

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Administration/Marketing Studies or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field
• Experience in social media management, EDM creation, research, customer service, basic video creation skills
• Preferably exposed to digital marketing or equivalent
• Must have graphic design experience and previous portfolio
• Must be proficient with use of Canva
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro preferred
• With data mining experience and working knowledge of SEO and search engine analytics is an advantage
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
