Role: HR Assistant
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance & Performance Bonus

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Philippine Time (Enjoy work-life balance with a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.)

Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, and HR Administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits and be eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll processing by preparing employee data, tracking attendance, and monitoring deductions.
- Handle government-mandated benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
- Process HMO enrollment, updates, and claims for employees.
- Maintain records of leave balances, allowances, and other employee benefits.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job vacancies on JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and job offers.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Training & Development
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, seminars, and workshops.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers.
- Track training attendance, completion, and feedback.
- Help maintain employee development records.
HR Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee 201 files, contracts, and HR-related documents.
- Prepare HR reports, certifications, and other employment-related documents.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company HR policies and compliance with DOLE regulations.
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, or HR administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
