Summary

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. This role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the recruitment process from sourcing, testing, screening, and behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for the final interview
Maintains the work structure by creating, assessing, and updating job qualifications and functions for assigned positions.
Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels
through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. To meet staffing needs
Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
Administrative responsibilities including scheduling, maintaining files, and data management for the Human Resources department.
Recommend ideas and strategies to improve recruitment programs.
Maintains candidate records and documents for all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Responsible for the deployment of new employees (Orientation, Introduction to New employees,
Preparation of ID, Biometrics, Company Email and HRIS, and Processing of office requirements)
Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulation
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
Responsible to perform other related duties assigned by the HR Superior

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding (e.g., in-house, agency, or RPO setting)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
  • Previous experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) may be required, depending on the role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Experience coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills for candidate engagement and employer branding
