Position Overview

The Growth Lead at Profitable Media is responsible for building and scaling our internal lead generation engine. This is not a client-facing marketing roleyoull own the full-funnel growth strategy that brings inbound leads, qualifies them, and hands them off to our sales team.

Youll plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and optionally LinkedIn. Youll own funnel creation and optimization inside GoHighLevel, manage tracking and conversion infrastructure, and report on key KPIs like CPL, ROAS, and SQLs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer with a strong grasp of ad platforms, automation systems, funnel logic, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and optionally LinkedIn Ads

Build creative tests (angles, hooks, formats), including UGC-based and persona-led variations

Target eComm founders, coaches, and direct-response marketers in the wellness space

Funnel & CRM Infrastructure

Build and optimize full funnel flows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)from ad click to booked call

Own tracking infrastructure: GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTMs, Conversion APIs

Manage lead pipeline and qualification before handoff to sales

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor and report weekly on CPL, ROAS, CAC, SQLs, CVRs

Run A/B tests on creative, landing pages, audiences, and funnels

Create dashboards and templates to visualize funnel performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align with sales and strategy teams on offers, ICPs, and lead scoring

Brief and manage external freelancers/UGC creators when needed

Contribute to internal playbooks, SOPs, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

3-5+ years of hands-on experience running paid media for lead generation

Proven results with Meta Ads and Google Ads (B2B or direct-response experience preferred)

Deep proficiency with:

GoHighLevel or similar funnel/CRM platforms

GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, Conversion APIs

Strong grasp of performance KPIs: CPL, ROAS, CAC, CVR, SQLs

Comfort building reporting dashboards in spreadsheets or Looker Studio

Self-starter mindset, proactive communicator, and strategic thinker

 Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation

Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) or outbound prospecting tools like Apollo, Clay, or Sales Navigator

Experience running campaigns with UGC or VSL funnels

Past work targeting eCommerce founders, wellness brands, or agencies

Time Requirements
