Position Overview

The Senior Frontend Developer at Profitable Media is responsible for developing high-performance, conversion-optimized frontend solutions for marketing funnels, tracking implementations, and A/B testing. This role requires expertise in marketing technology, frontend performance optimization, and analytics tracking, ensuring seamless execution of landing pages, web experiences, and CRM integrations to maximize conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in frontend development, tracking, analytics, and A/B testing, with a deep understanding of performance, engagement, and conversion optimization in marketing-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

Landing Page & Funnel Development

Develop high-converting landing pages optimized for marketing campaigns and dynamic personalization.

Build and optimize marketing funnels & checkout integrations, including Sticky.io, CheckoutChamp (Konnektive CRM), and GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM integrations.

Implement advanced form handling, lead capture flows, and multi-step funnel interfaces.

Tracking, A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization

Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GTM DataLayers.

Set up and optimize A/B testing and personalization strategies using Convert.com, VWO, Optimizely, etc.

Ensure accurate tracking of marketing pixels, conversion tracking (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), and event triggers.

Debug and troubleshoot frontend tracking issues to ensure data accuracy.

Frontend Performance & UX Optimization

Optimize pages for speed, responsiveness, and SEO, maximizing ad quality scores.

Improve frontend performance using Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed, lazy loading, asset bundling, etc.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility to maximize campaign reach.

Create reusable, modular UI components for rapid deployment.

Collaboration & Technical Integration

Work closely with marketing teams to refine tracking and analytics strategies.

Integrate frontend solutions with third-party services and CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

Collaborate on REST API integrations and ensure smooth data flow between marketing platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with exposure to marketing technology.

Strong proficiency in:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

React.js & Next.js (Preferred)

Bootstrap & Tailwind CSS

Tracking implementations (GTM, GTM DataLayers, event tracking)

A/B testing tools (Convert.com, VWO, Optimizely, etc.)

Marketing pixels & conversion tracking (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)

Frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed, lazy loading, asset bundling, etc.)

Basic REST API integration with third-party services

CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Version control with Git

Basic PHP/WordPress knowledge (for funnel integrations)

Familiarity with Sticky.io and CheckoutChamp (Konnektive CRM) for frontend-related implementations

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, CRO, and direct-response marketing funnels.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize for performance, engagement, and conversions.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on direct-response marketing funnels and CRO.

Familiarity with AI-powered dynamic content and personalization in marketing funnels.

Experience in building modular UI components for reusable marketing assets.
