Job Overview:

People Perfect is hiring for its client for the position of Personal Assistant. The role involves providing high-level administrative and executive support to senior management, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and daily engagements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, calls, and official correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Arrange travel plans including ticketing, accommodation, and complete itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other official documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, records, and executive communications.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management when required.
  • Track tasks, priorities, and deadlines assigned by the executive office to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced executive environment.
