Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to hotel standards
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Ensure timely preparation of menu items during service
- Assist in stock management, portion control
- Support team operations and follow kitchen SOPs and recipes
- Grilling Skills: Maintain store demand and par level of production.
- Knowledge of holding hot items, time temperature technique.
- Maintain the daily inventory and production report.
Skills Required:
- Qualification: Matric / Intermediate
- 5 to 6 years in a relevant culinary role (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong cooking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork, discipline, and commitment to quality

- Pan cooking skills
- Barbecue Skills.

- Knife skills
