We are hiring a " Content Lead / Creative Manager "having 4 -6 years of experience. 

Job Description

  • Develop and govern the brand's visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and physical touchpoints to ensure consistency and high aesthetic standards.
  • Lead the in-house content creation team (graphic designers, video editors), providing art direction, feedback, and final approval on all creative assets.
  • Conceptualise and execute creative strategies for product launches, brand campaigns, and social media content (Reels, TikToks, static posts).
  • Oversee the production of high-quality video content and photography, from storyboarding and shooting to post-production and editing.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to design high-performance creative assets for paid ads (Meta/Google) that drive CTR and conversion.
  • Manage external vendor relationships with printing presses, production houses, and freelance talent to ensure timely delivery of outsourced projects.
  • Stay updated on global design trends, social media trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or Fine Arts

  • Experience: 4–6 years in a Creative Agency, Design Studio, or as an in-house Creative Lead.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating Art Direction and video production expertise.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Knowledge of AI generative tools is essential.
