Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Telecom Engineer with hands-on experience in telecom vendor cloud tools, BTS operations, and multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BTS-level activities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors while ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support.

Perform BTS-level activities including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations.

Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900, BTS 5900, and other related vendor products.

Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred).

Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams.

Ensure effective issue tracking, follow-ups, and timely resolution.

Prepare accurate technical reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecom Engineering from a reputed university.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a reputed telecom company.

Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, BTS operations, and vendor tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks effectively.
