Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Engineer with hands-on experience in telecom vendor cloud tools, BTS operations, and multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BTS-level activities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors while ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support.

• Perform BTS-level activities including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations.

• Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900, BTS 5900, and other related vendor products.

• Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred).

• Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams.

• Ensure effective issue tracking, follow-ups, and timely resolution.

• Prepare accurate technical reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

• Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecom Engineering from a reputed university.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a reputed telecom company.

• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, BTS operations, and vendor tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks effectively.
