About the job Sales Promotion Officer
Job Description:
- BTL activities planning and execution.
- Achieve KPIs and set targets for BTL activities.
- Field Audits and Back-checking of activation programs.
- Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects.
- Vendor evaluation based on their work and their on-ground capabilities.
- Invoice Audit after completion of projects.
- Daily and weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance.
- Zone and town-wise analysis of projects.
- Liaison with the sales team for the area JC planning.
- Competition activity reporting.
Experience & Qualification:
- Must be a graduate.
- 2 years of BTL experience in any reputable FMCG (Nestle, PepsiCo, Marksman, BAT, Resource Linked, Smollan).
- Good in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Communicate effectively.
- Customer Negotiation.
