Job Overview:
People Perfect is looking for an experienced and strategic Unit Head HR Consultancy for Head Office. The role is responsible for leading and managing HR consulting projects, developing client-centric HR solutions, ensuring project execution within timelines, and driving business growth through client retention and service excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee consulting operations, product development, and client management while contributing to organizational knowledge, compliance, and platform enhancement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR consultancy projects in alignment with business strategies and organizational goals.
- Develop project work plans, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Manage client relationships, provide HR advisory services, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Design, customize, and improve HR consulting products, frameworks, and solutions according to client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and consulting toolkits for clients.
- Oversee profitability targets, project performance, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to client retention, renewals, and business growth through effective service delivery.
- Support enhancement of internal HR platforms, tools, templates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR documentation, audits, and operational processes for consulting assignments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional heads to improve consulting methodologies and business operations.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze project outcomes, and recommend improvements for service efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct training sessions and support team development to strengthen consultancy functions.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR Consultancy, HR Operations, Organizational Development, or Advisory Services.
- Strong expertise in HR frameworks, policy development, performance management, and talent strategies.
- Proven experience in managing client-facing HR consulting projects.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and client retention.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple consulting assignments simultaneously.
