Role Summary:

This is an entry-level technical role for fresh graduates starting their career in Managed IT Services. The Trainee Consultant will support service desk operations, learn core technical skills, and assist in resolving client issues under the supervision of senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1L2 support for client incidents and service requests.
  • Log and update tickets using ITSM tools.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist with Windows systems, user account management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 support.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting.
  • Maintain documentation and follow internal processes.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, calls, and ticketing.

Required Skills

  • Basic IT knowledge (OS, networking, hardware).
  • Familiarity with Windows environment, AD, and M365 concepts.
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow processes.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's in IT / Computer Science. Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (preferred).
  • Experience: 02 years in IT support, service desk, or internships. Exposure to managed services is a plus.
