Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR function through effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies. The role ensures smooth execution of HR operations, including compliance management (EOBI/ESSI), record keeping, attendance administration, contract management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external clients.
- Handle client queries related to staff deployment, documentation, HR processes, and service arrangements.
- Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, including personal files, contracts, joining documents, and updates.
- Ensure accurate data entry into HRIS or manual systems for employee information, attendance, and payroll support.
- Manage issuance, renewal, and record keeping of employment contracts, extension letters, and service agreements.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance records for staff.
- Coordinate with relevant site supervisors/managers to ensure timely submission of attendance sheets.
- Share verified attendance data with payroll for monthly salary processing.
4. Compliance Management (EOBI & ESSI)
- Prepare and follow up on monthly EOBI and ESSI contribution vouchers.
- Coordinate with government departments to ensure timely payment, updates, and coverage for eligible employees.
- Maintain compliance records for audits and internal/external reporting.
5. HR Administration
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including contract signing, document collection, and exit clearance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
6. Reporting & Record Keeping
- Prepare HR operational reports, including attendance summaries, compliance status, employee lists, and client coordination updates.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documentation.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA/MBA in HR) or similar discipline.
- 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of EOBI & ESSI procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.
