Rider

Job Overview: 

People Perfect is looking for the Rider who is responsible for the timely and safe delivery and collection of documents, parcels, supplies, and other items required for hotel operations. The role requires excellent navigation skills, professionalism, and a commitment to providing efficient service while maintaining the hotel's standards.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Collect cash and cheques from hotel front desk
• Deposit cash and cheques in bank
• Manage petty cash
• Collect invoices from vendors
• Verify invoice accuracy
  Submit invoices for payment
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and supplies as assigned.
• Ensure timely and secure transportation of items to and from designated locations.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgments.
• Assist with procurement-related errands and operational support tasks.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, maintained, and in good working condition.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Matriculation or Intermediate preferred.
• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a Rider, Courier, Delivery Rider, or in a similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of safe driving and timely deliveries.
