Medical Sales Representative

Job Overview: 

People Perfect is hiring a Medical Sales Representative for its client to promote oral care products, engage with healthcare professionals, and support school-based oral health programs. The role involves executing field activities, building strong professional relationships, increasing product recommendations, and ensuring accurate reporting within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute school-based oral health programs and community initiatives as per company guidelines.
• Conduct BSBF school programs in assigned areas following standard formats and management instructions.
• Coordinate with school administrations to schedule and conduct program activities.
• Support global initiatives such as the Global Art Contest and other awareness campaigns.
• Execute all professional services activities within the assigned territory as per organizational standards and timelines.
• Coordinate between schools, healthcare professionals, and management for smooth execution of field activities.
• Promote oral care products through engagement with dental professionals to increase recommendations and product awareness.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders to support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, programs, and field visits in both hard and soft formats.
• Prepare and submit timely reports using company-approved templates.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sales (fresh graduates may apply)
