Job Overview:
People Perfect is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Unit Head Sales & Services to lead B2B sales operations and business development activities at our Head Office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand communication. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies while ensuring achievement of organizational business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for the Central Region
- Analyze competitive market data and demand trends to optimize sales performance
- Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
- Develop proposals, execute agreements, and manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Lead cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to increase business exposure and profitability
- Design and implement sales programs to enhance brand awareness and market presence
- Prepare strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with organizational targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional leadership to improve sales effectiveness
- Drive business growth through client acquisition and retention strategies
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of overall sales and business development experience
- Strong B2B sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software industry preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates from HR Consultancy or HR Services sector
- Proven experience in handling corporate clients and C-level engagements
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage targets, budgets, and sales forecasts effectively
