Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Manager HR for our Lahore-based operations. We are specifically looking for candidates with HR experience in the local Pakistani market (industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, corporate, services, etc.).
Overseas experience is NOT required for this role.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment & onboarding for local positions

Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

Support performance management and appraisals

Maintain employee relations, grievance handling & discipline

Ensure local statutory compliance: EOBI, PESSI, Labor Laws

Assist with HR policy updates, documentation & SOPs

Coordinate training & development programs

Support management in people planning & HR operations
Requirements
-
MBA/BBA in HRM or equivalent
-
3-5 years of HR experience in Lahore/local Pakistani market

Strong expertise in HR operations & compliance
-
Good communication, documentation & interpersonal skills
