Job Description:
- Forecast quarterly & annual hiring needs at the group level.
- Formulating JDs & analyzing job requirements.
- Designing technical & behavioral assessments for all unique positions at the group level.
- Conducting Interviews & maintaining feedback from business managers.
- Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels.
- Coordinate with the HR Services team in the onboarding process of employees.
- Refining the database of the CVs
- Job posting & publishing on a daily basis for internal as well as client positions.
Education:
- Master's Degree (16 years of education) in HRM
Experience:
5+ years of Recruitment Experience.
