Job Description:

  • Forecast quarterly & annual hiring needs at the group level.
  • Formulating JDs & analyzing job requirements.
  • Designing technical & behavioral assessments for all unique positions at the group level.
  • Conducting Interviews & maintaining feedback from business managers.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels.
  • Coordinate with the HR Services team in the onboarding process of employees.
  • Refining the database of the CVs
  • Job posting & publishing on a daily basis for internal as well as client positions.

Education:

  • Master's Degree (16 years of education) in HRM

Experience:

5+ years of Recruitment Experience.
