Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical):

  • To be responsible for all Mechanical, electrical, electronics
  • Repair/Maintenance works of Plant Buildings and Machinery
  • and utilities including Boilers, Generators, and Compressors.
  • Implementation of maintenance procedures, strategy,
    plans as per OEM principles and ensure their
    implementation system-based protocol (via SAP).
  • Follow the schedules and monitor the maintenance
    activities i.e planned maintenance,
    breakdown/corrective maintenance and shut-downs
    maintenance to rectify break-downs and malfunctions
    and minimize business disruptions.
  • Typical duties may include inspection, testing, repair,
    installation and equipment repair.
  • Implementing, or improving utilities, mechanical
    systems, electrical instruments, facilities, components,
    equipment products, or systems during troubleshooting
    or plant maintenance.
  • Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and
    quality of Mechanical/electrical/utilities systems,
    components, and products also Inspect and observe
    facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of electrical
    systems, components.
  • Supervise and train maintenance team members as per
    their need also engage maintenance team on behalf of
    their skill for efficiency improvement of plant and
    machinery.
  • Report extraction and monitoring the maintenance KPIs
    for breakdown hrs, expense, man hour expense
    equipment/plant wise via SAP.
  • Create and monitor all system documents via SAP (i.e
    Maintenance Orders, Purchase requisition, Material
    Reservation, Maintenance Plans, Notification, Cost
    tracker).
  • Following the project scopes and objectives, involving all
    relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
    for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain, in accordance with the Corporate HSE
    guidelines, policy and protocol, also their
    implementation, review and according to auditing of the
    Company for HSE/ISO/OHSAS/FSSC/BRC Systems.
