HR OFFICER
About the job HR OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee questions, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics and trends to support decision-making processes
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks as needed
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Must have 6 + years in the relevant industry
