About the job DEPUTY MANAGER PLANNING & EXECUTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • PREPARE A PROJECT SCOPE STATEMENT, INCLUDING MAJOR MILESTONES AND TASKS, DELIVERABLES, AND TEAM MEMBERS INVOLVED IN THE PROJECTS.
  • MONITORING BUDGETS, SCHEDULES, AND OTHER KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TO ENSURE THAT PROJECTS ARE PROGRESSING AS PLANNED.
  • MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY WHILE ENSURING THAT EACH MEETS ITS GOAL WITHIN BUDGET AND ON TIME.
  • COORDINATING AND PRIORITIZING THE WORK OF OTHER MEMBERS OF THE TEAM TO ENSURE THAT PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET.
  • DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO FOLLOW THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
  • STRONG COORDINATION WITH THE PRINCIPAL AND INTERNAL EMPLOYEES FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  •  B.E + MBA OR M. E preferred

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF PLANNING & EXECUTION OF THE PROJECTS.
