Rural Sales Coordinator- Gujranwala

Job Description:

• Rural project day-to-day operations
• Secondary sales monitoring in Sales and Distribution Business Intelligence
• Sharing sales and other relevant data at HO
• Sales Analysis & Trackers from Sales and Distribution BI for RSR's/AMs & ZM
• Multiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOM
• Vehicle expenses entry in the FMS system
• Following up with RSR's for target achievements
• AM's & RSR's Incentive preparation
• Preparation of sales meeting presentation
• Record keeping of Rural sales vehicles documentation
• Sales commission & debit note working for audit
• Salary working preparation for People HR
• Coordinate with Sales and D HODs for any issues
• RSR's target splitting by brand by SKU

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum bachelors
• 2-3 years of relevant experience 
• FMCG experience preferably
