About the job ASSISTANT MANAGER TENDER, CONTRACT & COMPLIANCES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the tender process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and managing post-award activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tender documents, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring terms and conditions are fair, balanced, and legally sound.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contractual agreements to identify potential risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on tendering processes, contract management, and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ENGINEERING LAW, OR A RELATED FIELD (MASTER'S DEGREE PREFERRED)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5 YEARS AT LEAST IN THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY
ROLE / INDUSTRY SPECIFIC - MINIMUM OF 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TENDER MANAGEMENT, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, AND COMPLIANCE, PREFERABLY IN SECURITY & OTHER INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
