Job Responsibilities
- Manage staff queries of Cybernet North region
- Coordination with people team and Cybernet North team
- Support in hiring of candidates
- Completion of recruitment kits
- Completion of onboarding formalities
- Coordinate & inform the selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs. Compile daily attendance, maintain leave
- Handling day to day operations of HR services
- Preparing accurate documentation for all HR processes
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Conducting employee exit interviews
Requirement:
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
