Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

• Internal control and risk management.
• Need to check the acceptance of HES sales by certification including the invoice, Gift acceptance, offer bills etc.
• Daily report to inform the unqualified case by store by person and notice the key points
• Be responsible for the reconciliations by day using WhatsApp with account to ensure the data is correct.
• Highlight the big risk if he/she found during the checking.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Invoice Verification, Compliance Management, or a similar role, preferably within the telecom or retail industry.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks.
• Familiarity with audit processes ensuring compliance as per the requirements.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Good English Communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
• A high level of skills in office tools like excel and power point is a must have.
