• Excellent understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
  Should have good knowledge and have experience in Radio Network improvements
• Identify the network issues and analysis of the degraded KPIs and action plan to be implemented for improvement
• Continuous improvement in the network performance indicators
• Must have good understanding of Ericsson parameters
• Must have good knowledge of Ericsson KPIs formula
• Must have good knowledge of Network features
• Must have good knowledge of BO/BI, MO Shell and ENM
• Be able to study and implement new features in the network as per customer requirement
• Implements network optimization solutions and propose solutions accordance with customer complaints
• Must have experience of network optimization for event assurances
• Should be good at transferring knowledge to other junior team members
• Ownership and readiness to dedicate as per the requirement of the network and customer
