  • Operations Team: Coordinate for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Clients: Direct interaction to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and build relationships.
  • Vendors/Partners: Manage partnerships and support services when needed.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

(BBA, MBA), Marketing or Sales

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years in sales or customer support team leadership
  • Experience in international markets or BPO industries.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales software
  • Ability to work flexible hours or shifts
