Financial Strategy and Planning

  • Develop financial strategies to meet company goals and improve efficiency.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare timely financial reports, analyze data, and monitor performance to support decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Manage budgets, track performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, and recommend pricing strategies.

Audit, Tax, and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, manage audits, and oversee tax filings and coordination with consultants.

Treasury Management

  • Handle loan compliance, cash flow forecasting, and funding requirements.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and protect company assets.

Team Leadership

  • Lead the finance team, promote collaboration, and support team development.

Financial Systems and Technology

  • Oversee financial systems for efficient operations and improved accuracy.

Corporate Compliance

  • Ensure corporate compliance, including statutory filings, with the Company Secretary and CEO.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

ACA/ ACCA/ACMA

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

8 to 12 years preferably from Manufacturing / Automotive industry.
