JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a customer support specialist, you will be a vital part of our customer support team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your primary focus will be assisting customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in following up with leads and potential customers to ensure their needs are met and to drive conversions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns and problems, offering appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and potential customers, providing information and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate with third-party entities, including couriers and installation companies, to arrange deliveries and installations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using the CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of products, services, and customer support processes.
  • Collaborate with team members, including sales and marketing, for a seamless transition of leads and additional support when needed.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant field
