Job Description:

  • Process monthly EOBI, Social Security, gratuity, insurance, and recognition payments as per timelines.
  • Record OPD and insurance receipts/disbursements and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle petty cash expenses and prepare monthly reconciliations across offices.
  • Support timely bank reconciliations by coordinating with staff for pending entries.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in audits by providing the required documents and evidence.
  • Comply with all regulatory and internal finance policies.
  • Maintain an organised and Up-to-Date Record of all assigned responsibilities for Audit Purposes.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelors/ Masters
  • 2 to 4 Years of relevant Experience
  • Knowledge of payments and receipts
  • Knowledge of accounting software
