About the job Accounts Executive
Job Description:
- Process monthly EOBI, Social Security, gratuity, insurance, and recognition payments as per timelines.
- Record OPD and insurance receipts/disbursements and maintain accurate records.
- Handle petty cash expenses and prepare monthly reconciliations across offices.
- Support timely bank reconciliations by coordinating with staff for pending entries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
- Assist in audits by providing the required documents and evidence.
- Comply with all regulatory and internal finance policies.
- Maintain an organised and Up-to-Date Record of all assigned responsibilities for Audit Purposes.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelors/ Masters
- 2 to 4 Years of relevant Experience
- Knowledge of payments and receipts
- Knowledge of accounting software
