Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present our HR solutions.
- Generate and nurture leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Coordinate with B2B clients, attraction management and hiring.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients for long-term success.
- Analyze sales metrics and refine strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in banking, IT, FMCG, telecom, or HR services.
- Strong skills in LinkedIn lead generation, communication, and negotiation.
- Experience with sales engagement tools and MIS reporting is an advantage.
