Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with B2B clients, attraction management and hiring.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients for long-term success.
  • Analyze sales metrics and refine strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in banking, IT, FMCG, telecom, or HR services.
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn lead generation, communication, and negotiation.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and MIS reporting is an advantage.
