Job Objective:

  • Lead design projects from concept to launch, creating best-in-class User-centered
  • wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes based on research, business requirements, and
  • usability studies.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring a consistent visual language across digital
  • touchpoints that stays ahead of industry trends and elevates the brand image.
  • Should have a good mix of interaction, visual, and problem-solving abilities with a passion
  • for crafting useful and delightful features end- to-end.
  • Go deep on consumer insights, product analytics, and competitive intelligence to identify
  • unseen opportunities, and drive product & experience innovation.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills and proven ability to present a
  • clear design rationale.
  • Advocate for the customer and follow user-centered design principles.
  • Create flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual design.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing for better data-driven designs
  • Support and validate your work through an analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with trends in UX, design, and eCommerce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Graphic Design / Motion Graphic / or relevant degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of IJI/UX design experience
  • A passion for a great understanding of the area in which the role operates.
  • An experienced Adobe Creative Suite User
  • Portfolio evidence of excellent design work demonstrating creative flair.
  • Able to deliver different approaches and design styles.
  • Able to talk through your design decisions with a diverse range of people, evidence of successfully
  • collaborating, a strong portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual, UX, and visual web and
  • mobile designs.
  • Keep pace with latest design trends and technology developments.
