Manager Production 02

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan control and evaluate the daily production as per production plan
• Ensure new material to be used should meet the desired quality
• Ensure Production Plan is drafted as per demand set off by supply chain, periodic adjustments as & when required.
• Ensure the quality of production at plant (zero off-spec batches will a key KPI for this position)
• Responsible for any debottlenecking at plant w.r.t new modifications executed at site
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Environment activities in plant premises.
  
• Generating and maintaining different reports and analysis with regards to plant and production
• Liaison with supply chain, purchase & maintenance departments in lieu with machines maintenance & material availability for production run 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• B.Sc. Chemical Engineering or
  M.Sc. Chemistry 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & Age:

• Min 10 Years experience is required (purely in Chemicals production only) 
• Age Required 25 - 40 years
