Job Description:
- Handle correspondence from call centers, website emails, forms, and WhatsApp, and forward to the relevant departments for action.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues, and maintain coordination with call center staff for efficient operations.
- Review and classify around 400 website emails, and compile reports from direct emails and CRM tools. Consolidate call center and CP data for unified reporting.
- Conduct training sessions with the Brand Team for Sybrid/Field service staff on product launches, events, and updates.
- Oversee in-house surveys (e.g., product use, fragrance testing) and coordinate product testing at the factory. Ensure smooth execution by working with external agencies.
- Review external reports for accuracy and support the Research Manager in generating department-specific reports.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors / Masters or studied statistics or research
- 1-2 years or fresh with relevant qualifications
