Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage candidates for a variety of IT service roles from helpdesk/support staff to senior software developers, cybersecurity experts, and cloud consultants.

Market Focus: Identify and engage tech talent specifically for Spanish and broader European markets, adhering to relevant labour laws and GDPR compliance.

Client Needs Matching: Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements, job scope, and cultural fit.

Sourcing Strategy: Use advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and freelance platforms to build strong pipelines.

Reporting: Provide timely updates on progress, candidate status, and market feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years of hands-on experience in technical/IT recruitment with a focus on Europe (especially Spain).
